Q What are the costs of originating new designs?
A Free if orders are of sufficient quantity, but we have to make a charge for small numbers. Our costs are kept as low as possible, but this depends upon the complexity of the design - please enquire.

Q What is the minimum order quantity?
A Two items.

Q What do you need to produce a new design?
A A line drawing, photograph, letterhead, or computer generated image (JPEG or Bitmap). We do the rest!

Q What is your production time?
A For available designs - 3 weeks. For new designs allow 8-10 weeks.
