Order acceptance

All items shown online are subject to availability and specifications are subject to change. Products may be withdrawn
at any time without prior notice

Tower Mint reserve the right to reject any application for a product, or refuse to supply a person or corporation

Tower Mint reserve the right to vary the packaging, construction or colour of any handmade product it supplies. All
sizes are approximate and are subject to variation. Goods handmade or handfinished by craftsmen may vary slightly in
finish and design – illustrations are intended as a guide only and do not bind the Company as to Specification

Pricing

Tower Mint reserve the right to alter prices shown without prior notice, in which case you will have the option of
cancelling order with full refund, or paying the additional amount

Availability of stock and Delivery

Tower Mint aims to deliver goods within 28 days of acceptance of your online order. Should this not be possible you
will be offered a revised delivery date, and should this not be acceptable you will be offered a full refund or alternative
product

Returns

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, discrepancies or shortages in the goods unless the Customer notifies
the Company and Carrier within 24 hours of the time of delivery of the goods.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the legal right to cancel any order within 7 working days
commencing on the day after receipt of the goods. If you do wish to return goods please contact us in writing detailing
the reason for return. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and your name/address/telephone number. The
Company shall issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item/s subject to them being in saleable unused condition.

Personalised goods may only be returned if faulty

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products by
recorded delivery (please retain proof of postage) to:
